Been doing acupuncture and for a few years and also have had cupping done during my sessions. I decided to buy one for myself to help when I feel pain in my lower back either from my bad posture or doing intense yoga poses and feel a bit off the next few days. I'd say these work pretty good and come with an instructional booklet for helping you put the cups in the right spots for the issues you're experiencing.Note: you will need another person to put them on you and follow the instructions provided. I'm flexible but still can't fully put them on as an individual myself like the booklet shows.The pro and what matter is - yee this worked to release the tension or area suffering from the pain. Even as little as 5 minutes sometimes helps.I'd recommend this product and have still been using it since I bought it over a year ago. I've suffered from fibromyalgia for 20 years. At my last physical therapy session my therapist wanted to try cupping on me. I was very hesitant but gave in. Bottom line, it took away a lot of my pain. I stayed nearly pain free for a week. I returned to therapy and my therapist gave me this product link to Amazon. I bought the kit and have used it a lot, not only for the fibromyalgia but also for migraine headaches, leg cramping and a pulled muscle. Good results every time I used the cups. Cupping is sorta fun, I know what i am doing likely is not as good for my chi as I would gain by a professional. yet all professions stem from a goof like me playing with fire. In reality I have moved some minor pains and alleviated many more deep wounds. I bought these a few years ago now and I definitely know its time for another set, yet they have held up well even though I broke one handle a while back I have another pump, this technology makes a lot of sense if you get into its reasoning, I know I have read a lot of medical luddites naysaying it into the ground, though I am fairly certain you might be able to hurt yourself Id say that is a low percentage and you were likely past the health level required to self experiment, so if you are looking at learning something new this is a good set to start with. Absolutely love it! You get what is describe in the descriptions. And it works perfectly I had no problems with mine! I am planning on ordering another one for a friend as a gift. I have became obsessed with this technique of therapy.At first I was skeptical but after I gave it a try I fell in love. Cupping therapy actually works very well! I use it on my knees when they start acting up and the pain goes away for a couple months.. I use it on my back and specially lower back when it feels pinched. I am a massage therapist trained in Trigger points and accupressure points but not cupping. I have dabbled in cupping and have had some schooling in it to get the basics. I got these to try on my husband for lower back pain. They work well enough and hold a suction. The cups are plastic and the pump is easy to handle. I would rather use heat and glass but for a first set they are nice. Cupping is not and instant fixer, it is a gentle way to move and repair. If you aren't familiar with cupping you can do harm and/or not see results. I do massage therapy for a living and even though I don't know cups I know the body and what not to do. The box was damaged. The product and rubber used are of very low quality. The flexi tube and rubber adapter MISSING as shown in the site pic and on the box. Some cups inside are not working. Amazon should take a serious not of this type of cheating as the item is non returnable. Its Chinese product. It's not worth ₹400 as a incomplete package. Money lost. Buy it at your own risk. I ordered the "Hansol Cupping Therapy Set - Vacuum Suction Cups 10 Pcs with Spiky Magnetic Hand Massage Ball" as well and thought it would be better. However the suction was not as good as with this one. What a surprise.However, I have ordered hundreds of packages and I don't recall ever receiving a package that was not in a box. Definitely not one that did not have a seal like this one. I post the second photo to show the area a clear plastic circular seal would be located but not there.
