This is the best kava around. I've tried every variety, and have never been disappointed with Kalm with Kava. the micronized is the best option if you don't want to deal with strainer or the Aluball method. Also, it's more affordable than the several tinctures and concentrates that are available. I highly recommend this product.Pouni ONO is a light kava. It doesn't have sedative effects, and it is great for drink throughout the work day. I mix mine with some matcha, which seems counterintuitive, but it keeps the energy and clarity. The Pouni ONO keeps me generally relaxed. It's a nice combination. Read more
