I wondered what it was in blueberries that helped my joints feel better so I googled it. Quercetin. Makes a difference. I don't like NSAIDs because of the side effects and quercetin helps. The only side effect is it makes your poop smell like rubber because it is a sulfur compound. I can live with that. I eat an anit-inflammatory, mostly vegan, keto diet with therapeutic doses of omega 3 fish oil so my C-reactive protein was already below readable, but quercetin made an improvement in my comfort and mobility.
