I really like the fresh taste and how quickly it dissolves in my mouth! The potency is great and I’m really happy how it contains BOTH Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin. If you put this pill sublingually it is almost like taking it by iv- goes very fast in the body without degrading. Very easy to put in your mouth, better than other B12 preps. Read more

I was using other B2 products hoping they would help with migraines, but while having lots of trouble with migraines a friend said he knew someone who claimed that it stopped her migraines from happening in the first place. I took this product for a while 4 months ago then stopped and changed to another brand without thinking about it, then a month later I was back having more migraines. Now I started taking this kind again and it did seem to coincide with a strong introduction of migraines but that can be related to something else and I don't know what. give it a try if you have migraines , I take one about 10 or 20 minutes before breakfast every day.
