Strangely enough, i frequently buy low strength 12 mcg pills at Walmart, and they work WAY BETTER than theys do. not sure why. Also there VERY VERY LITTLE in each bottle. Iknow they said thay but dang. Just go to wallmart. Read more
These work great. Don't chew it. Just let it dissolve in your mouth. Takes about 45 seconds to dissolve. Eat something just before you take these pills to help your body absorb the B12. Read more
