My Deadlift went from 425 to 485 in 3 months using this product together with CrossFit. My Front Squat has gone from 205 to 285 in that same time frame. We don't Deadlift or Front Squat very often. I'm still just a CrossFit beginner but I've noticed my gains have increased more rapidly since i started taking this product about 3 months ago. During the weekday i consume a total of about 3 servings per day (after workout) spread out over an 8-9 hour workday. 3 servings is probably overkill, but this has helped me stop drinking Monster Energy drinks or some other less than healthy drink. You'll probably need to observe yourself over time to see if this works. I couldn't really tell until I looked back and noticed how much faster my gains have been. Another way to look at it is that my strength gains from months 4-7 of CrossFit increased faster than my gains between my first 4 months of CrossFit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! Read more

Kaged Muscle flavors are the best, no doubt about it. I did have a problem with the sucralose but after researching am a little more reassured due to the very low amount of it in the product, and also some evidence that this low amount won't do anything harmful to me, especially when I consume nothing else with sucralose in it.
