RN here/ This product caused my Vit D levels (which have been high to normal for 20 years while on many other brands) to dramatically DROP to very low. No change in my health, not post illness, taken with meals, get a lot of sun exposure. I’ve been dragging more than usual and now I know why. I believe this product does NOT have the dosage as advertised nor the absorbency. I’m going back to Thorne Vit D.UPDATE: This bottle has two different size tablets and some 1/2 filled. My doctor is sending this to our university hospital lab to be tested. No way is this an accurate dosing of vitamin D. I suspect tampering. Read more

I realized that the multivitamin I had been taking was missing oh so many key vitamins and minerals. The most important vitamin K. I had developed dark circles under my eyes that no amount of sleep would resolve.
