This bag is super cute, with many pockets for organization as many reviewers had noted. So I wanted to talk a little bit about the prints, weight of the bag, and noise factor, as I don't seem to see those in the reviews. Before this diaper bag I was wearing a BB gear backpack style diaper bag that was gifted to us. It's very functional and light weight, but after 7 months, I was sick of having to wear a "diaper bag" around. I wanted something more stylish that would go with most of my outfits, and that's where the BFF comes in.After watching many youtube videos and doing lots of research, I took the dive and bought a BFF even though it's a wee bit pricy for a diaper bag. I first bought it in the Queen of the Nile color, thinking that it looks classic and elegant in picture. BUT, when it came, I was disappointed. The print is SUPER DIZZYING to look at!!! The white is a very bright white, with zigzag black lines through out. I tried to like it, but it just didn't work. It hurts my eyes to look at the bag! But because I love the bag itself, I exchanged for a Duchess print, which is a lot easier on the eyes and still looks cute.The construction of the bag is high quality, it feels amazing to touch, and the hardware is high quality and a very pretty gold color. But because it's high quality (and not cheap plastic) the bag JINGLES when you walk around wearing it. Some people might like it, but I get kind of annoyed by the noise. A quick solution is to tug one of the zipper thing inside the bag so they don't hit against each other. Another issue is weight, this diaper bag is not that light compared to my old bag pack diaper bag, probably due to the hardware and just the general nice construction of the bag. Just something to be aware of. I let it slide because it's so cute! I don't plan on wearing it for long periods of time because I have back pain, would just put it underneath the stroller.I included in the pics how I pack my bag. Some reviewers complained that the bag is too small. It is not as big as a true backpack style diaper bag, but any bigger it would've been too heavy and not look as cute. I bought their set pieces in the first lady print which helped me organize my stuff (my diapers and wipes are in the largest set piece). I was so excited to purchase this bag as I had heard great things about it! This bag was not functional for my little one! It is a big and bulky bag on the outside but small and hard to fit the essentials on the inside.The compartments in theory are great, however they are so small. I was unable to fit a thermos for milk bags, bottle, blanket, burp cloth, bib, nursing snack, wallet, keys, 5 diapers, wipes, change of baby clothes, shirt for me, wet ones, small chucks pad, pacifier, and nipple shield in this bag and able to zipper it.The bag is heavy, compartments are small, and you are unable to find items in it!I was so disappointed with how much I spent on this bag that lacks practical functionality... especially for the price! Also, I was unable to resell it and was shocked to find out how low resale was as there are a ton on the market.We ended up purchasing a 35-45$ Columbia diaper bag backpack that we absolutely love!If you are not able to pack extremely light skip this bag! I absolutely love my jujube First Lady diaper bag. My husband tried to convince me to settle for a less expensive bag, but now we're both glad I didn't. This bag is easy to wipe off and looks fabulous. I've received so many compliments already! It holds all of our things and the side bottle compartments are perfect. I also love that it holds my keys, iPhone 6 Plus, and wallet in the front pocket securely. It's nice to be able to wearing it as a backpack when I go by myself to doctor appointments so I can have my hands free to tend to my newborn and young children. I have a very nice purse but don't even carry it anymore. This bag is all we need!I didn't get the stroller clips with this bag after reading the less-than-impressive reviews for them. I'm glad I didn't. With the shoulder strap, this hangs perfectly and securely on our particular stroller. I don't feel like I need anything else. Read more

Had my eye on this big since before my son was born but it was way out of my diaper bag budget. Got lucky and found a really good deal on Black Friday so I went for it.This bag is beautiful, outside and in. However, there are plenty of cons I have found;- The “insulated bottle pockets” are crap. Your drinks won’t stay hot/cold for more than an hour. The pro about the bottle pockets is that they are BIG so you probably won’t have any trouble with different bottles or silly cups.- Jujube really tried to get you. Personally I tried every single way to organize this bag, even buying organizational items for the inside. NOPE! This bag MUST be used with the Jujube “Be Quick” and “Be Set” so that you can get it’s full potential.- Right now I only have 1 child but I cannot see myself being able to use this for 2. Like I said, it’s not that big so honestly you need to purchase the other Jujube products to have complete organization.The back pack straps are comfortable and I like that the changing pad is located on the outside. The mommy pocket and tech pocket are a great touch as well. There are many many pockets which is awesome.4/5 stars. Read more

I'm so incredibly frustrated with this product. I was excited about purchasing it, but am disappointed in the quality! I was putting a few things in it for the FIRST time and the zipper split! I only had diapers and wipes in it, barely anything, so there is no reason for that to happen. I can't believe I spent nearly $200 on a diaper bag and had the very first time going to use it (plastic and tags still even on it) have that happen....Ridiculous! Read more

This bag is beautiful but it shows dirt so easily. The handle on top should be completely black. I wash it and a week or two later it's already showing dirt like its been used for 6 months without washing. It truly feels embarrassing and as a busy mom, I just don't have the time to be washing it every two weeks.The fabric doesn't even come out completely clean after a wash with a washer that has an old school agitator.Aside from that the bag is wonderful. Tons of compartments and, when clean, it truly is a joy to carry.I love the option to carry as a backpack when I have full hands... wonderful for plane travel!If I could, I would buy a color that didn't have white at all... although the black and white stipe are so gorgeous. A primera vista se ve muy pequeña, pero le cabe lo suficiente para un día (5 pañales, un cambio de ropa, 2 termos, 2 mamilas, 1 pomada, 1 crema, toallas desechables y si lo acomodas bien, un par de pequeños recipientes para las papillas) las bolsas para mamá están pequeñas sólo puedes llevar lo indispensable (celular, llaves, un labial, dinero y tus tarjetas), el material hace que no se ensucie aunque la pongas en el piso, lo único malo es que al llevarla en modo mochila, te hace sudar la espalda, por lo que debemos de tener cuidado con el cambio de temperatura. Meine neue Lieblingstasche seit ich ein Baby habe. Es gibt ein grosses Hauptfach mit vielen kleinen Innentaschen, 2 an den Seiten und 3 an den Wänden, davon eine grosse mit Reisverschluss, dazu gibt es noch 2 Klarsichtfächer wo ich unsere Ausweise und Pässe drin verstaue. Ganz vorn an der Tasche gibt es ein Fach nur für die Mami, mit nicht ganz so viel Platz, aber immer noch ausreichend. Ich liebe diese Tasche, ganz besonders in der Trageversion als Rucksack, wofür 2 extra Gurte mitgeliefert werden. Nur ich finde schon das man sich dennoch gut überlegen muss, was man mit nimmt, denn gerade am Anfang wenn die Babys gerade mal ein paar Wochen alt sind, braucht man mehr Dinge und bei einer Wickelunterlage mit Windeln, Feuchttücher, Ersatzkleidung, ein/ zwei Spucktüchern ist die Tasche schnell voll, und dann sind noch keine Extras wie Lieblingsspielzeug, Sonnen- und oder Wettercreme, Mütze und Decke bei.Sie ist vielleicht auch ein wenig teuer, aber es lohnt sich, denn die Qualität ist hervorragend und ich benutze diese Tasche nun schon seit fast einem Jahr und man sieht es ihr überhaupt nicht an. This review will focus on the service through Amazon, rather than the bag itself (which clearly does not lack AMAZING reviews!). This is a great purchase. It's arguably the best looking diaper bag in the market and works for my needs - a mom with a newborn and a toddler. The horizontal shape of the bag allows my toddler to sit comfortably in the rumble seat of our stroller without getting his head bumped by a longer backpack hanging off the stroller handles. The only complaint I have against this bag is this: after 2 weeks of using the bag, the golden zipper handle of the main compartment came off. Jujube takes pride in its use of "great hardware" for their bags, so this was so disappointing! The issue was with the connecting piece between the zipper handle and the zipper itself (see photo attached)- that little ring came apart and so the handle got detached as well. I was on the hunt for a repair shop for this type of problem (and dreading having to part with my bag for days while I wait for the repair) when someone suggested I contact Amazon.ca to ask for a replacement having only used this for two weeks. I did just that, and within 20 hours(!!!) there was a knock on my door. It was the delivery guy with my brand new Jujube BFF replacement bag. All I had to do was open the box, take out my new bag, put the bag with the broken zipper and its parts into the box, tape it up and send it off with the return slip. Simply amazing customer service. And yup, the bag is great too other than that piece on the zipper... which I hope never happens again. Read more
