Carseats suck to travel with in the first place so make it easier on yourself and get one of these bags.."Love" is too strong a word for this so I chose like, although I love this product tons better than their one with a roller base. After using the one with the roller base for a few years, we needed another case for our second child's carseat. I thought this would be good since it has a shoulder strap. That is true - it's helpful with a shoulder strap, although this strap does two things it's probably not meant to do - digs into my shoulder, and slides off my shoulder. This would be helped by a little padded/lightly adhesived (it's a technical term) addition to the strap, like laptop bags have. Then they would have gotten 5 stars. But, in the absence of that, this is much better than the rolling one (which doesn't actually roll, by the way) and much easier to hold, even if I was constantly pushing the carseat behind my back as I walked through the airport.That being said, they should add some sort of waist strap or an additional handle so once you've positioned this monster on your body, you can help keep it there while maneuvering the rest of your luggage. It's like their designers didn't consider that you'd be holding the carseat, a backpack, a roller bag, and pushing a stroller.Next time, guys. Next time. Read more

We got two of these for our recent airplane trip. After 4 flights, both bags still look brand new and nothing was disturbed inside. Generously sized to fit every car seat, we were also able to add bags of other stuff (diapers and extra clothes) so we didn't have to check as many bags. They have a long strap and a handle, making it easy to carry. We parked our car and took the airport shuttle, and we had no problem carrying two of these. For anyone traveling with a carseat and littles, I highly recommend them! We are now using them to store our extra carseats that my parents use when they take out the boys while they babysit. I purchased three of these for my kids car seats for a trip to Disneyworld. While the product isn't intended for checked luggage, we couldn't carry three of these on top of the kids and stroller through the airports. They held up pretty well for the return journey with a couple of small holes where I guess the corners of the carseats pierced the material, guess this would've happened even as "carry-on" luggage. My only gripe and reason for the 3-stars is the product is fairly poor quality, especially the zippers. All three do not zip closed properly and get gaps in the zip, even with very slow/careful zipping. Read more

Waste of money. Fell apart after a couple flights. Lost several detachable pieces of my car seat as a result of tears in the bag. By the time I got back from a several leg trip it had holes big enough to fit the entire car seat through. Also the side carry strap is quite awkward. Even if you only plan to travel once or twice and aren't worried about it getting beaten up like ours did, it would be worth spending a bit extra for the wheeled or backpack alternatives. Read more

This bag works really well, but it could use a padded strap. It took some work to get my Evenflo Symphony car seat in it, but in the end it did just barely fit. The only real problem with it is that the strap is not padded, so with the weight of the car seat, it really cuts into my shoulder. So far, I've only had to haul it from the curb to the baggage check area so it has been fine, but it would be a real problem if you carried it with you throughout the airport. I purchased this car seat cover to use for a vacation. It made it on a 2,000 mile flight and back with no problem. I checked it in at the ticket counter. It sure beats trying to lug the car seat around the busy airport while holding my child. It kept my child's car seat protected and clean. I liked how there is a handle at the top and shoulder straps. The shoulder straps aren't padded and does dig into your shoulders a bit, but that's expected with the heavy car seat in the bag. Absolutely fabulous. We traveled from Florida to Colorado with our 2 children, 8 months and 2 years. I got two of these bags. They were great. They fit my Gracco car seat for the 2 year old and my Britax infant car seat for my 8 month old. We checked the carseat for the 2 year old and the side-carry was great, no damage and we were able to stuff a bunch of stuff in there as well. It was easy to carry between my husband and I,. 3 carry-ons, 2 children, and the 2 side-carry car seat bags. Life saver (we had a lot b/c we were relocating to CO). I have a Recaro booster/harness carseat. It's big and heavy (35 lbs) however it was able to fit inside the bag easily. It didn't add any significant weight and it didn't feel cheap. I checked it at the ticket counter and it arrived in perfect condition. The side straps were easy to manipulate and the top strap was perfect for the bag tag. This bag is huge - fitted in our Cybex Cloud car seat with tons of room to spare for nappies, clothes and other soft items which we used to provide some padding. Given 4 stars just because it would be good if the bag had some of its own padding. Liked the fact you could carry on the shoulder and it fitted around the body. Think this style of straps is also better for baggage handling. Material seems pretty strong and zips allow for padlocking. Seat was checked in via the special baggage area and travelled to Greece and back with no damage. Read more

This is a great bag, it fit our booster seat and infant car seat together on a long haul flight from London to Sydney. It's not padded but the material is strong and it's well made. The bag and seats were intact on arrival and it was easy to carry. Ask your airline to check the seats as large baggage so they sit on top in the hold. Also as a side this bag fits Baby Jogger City Mini with wheels removed. Read more
