We chose this brand because it seemed to be more durable vs the others. Well, it obviously didn’t hold up. This was our first flight with this bag. From Charleston, SC to Vegas and back. We did not bag check it specifically for these reasons, so we gate checked it and carried it from terminal to terminal. There are 3 holes in it and the padded strap is broken. Also, while wearing it and toting it, the straps loosened. It’s not horrible but a pain because our Britax car seat is so heavy. I am going to look into the bag that zips. Read more

I purchased this for my Summer Infant 3D Mini convenience stroller. I got this bag instead of the orange one because it is longer and the 3D Mini is very long for an umbrella stroller (in my opinion). Anyway, while this bag was still a bit too short for the stroller, the little carrying bag that’s it fits into (the bag is sewn into the carrying bag) fit perfectly over the handles of the stroller so I was able to totally enclose the stroller in the bag. It’s made of sturdy material and withstood two flights without issue. It’s a little challenging to get the bag folded back into the carrying bag, but I just stuffed it in and it was fine. My only complaint is that the bag is very wide compared to my umbrella stroller, and I’m short (5’3”) so it kind of made it hard to wrangle, but nothing that would keep me from buying it again. We purchased this product for our sons first flight. We did the gate check and have no complaints! For reference, the car seat used was a standard rear facing car seat for infants and the bag held the car seat and base comfortably. I love the straps to carry on your back. I have no doubt that it will fit our convertible car seat when the time comes. If I had to nitpick, the only thing I wish were different is the closure drawstring. Overall, I would purchase again. The bag was perfect for our first trip with our son. I needed it to fit a Kolcraft cloud umbrella stroller and it was an exact fit. It protected enough that there were no dings or scratches on the stroller when we got it back from the airline. We gate checked it, so that likely helped too. Read more

We've used other carseat gate check bags and this one was definitely the most durable. The material is thick and sturdy feeling. The padded straps were helpful, too. Our Britax Marathon seat and backless booster fit inside nicely. The bag has gone through 2 flights, being checked at the regular check-in (not at the gate), and doesn't look like it's been used at all. Read more

Worked great on our recent trip to Tulum. Fared well in the uber on the way to the airport, on the plane, and on the shuttle to the airbnb. Would buy again. Don't waste your time and money on a cheaper, thinner bag. This will hold up w/ the expected abuse of travel. Read more
