Does what a sheet mask should do which is hydrate your skin but nothing special. Does the bare minimum. You get what you pay for. Doesn't fit the face very well and some of them are very sticky/tacky. I use them in dry saunas because the skin on my face cannot withstand the heat without making me feel like I can't breath lol.
