Three stars doesn't mean I wouldn't recommend them. They're not bad for any kind of temporary locs or other styles (weaves, feaux/crochet locs, box braids, etc) as they will tarnish very easily. But wiping them down like you'd take care of any costume jewelry will prolong them or make them shiny again. Read more

Honestly, i didn't get to really enjoy the look in my hair because every time i walk i lost one. These are cute but need more of the shells and the hooks should be a little more sturdy to stay closed to prevent losing them. You can't expect much from an $8 product but i also wouldn't recommend spending money on them. Read more
