I ordered this palette twice because the first one had a broken mirror. The second one arrived with many of the colors crushed so when I opened it the colors fell out everywhere! I had to eventually get the palette on Jeffree Star’s site which I should’ve done from the beginning. Amazon sent theirs in a white envelope without protective wrap. I was worried after ready other reviews that it may have broken pieces when delivered. No dust or pieces when I opened the pallette. I do however feel it should be packed inside a larger box with bubble wrap for the price and being a fragile purchase. Otherwise very satisfied. Read more

I received my pallet and I am in love with the colors. They make up its self is very high quality and goes on like a dream. Unfortunately it did not make it to me whole. Two of the colors were completely broken up and had to be emptied out. I was very upset about this. Read more
