I got the black, which is more a hematite color than black, but that's okay. I have to say I was skeptical about this product, but having been told I have a health issue, I felt like the right thing to do was to try - anything on my own. So, I tried this. And didn't expect much. But I felt a difference as soon as I put one of them on. Common sense would dictate that you'd take them off when you wash your hands or are around water.
