I’ve been using to improve brain function and it is impossible to deny the positive results. I’ve learned that the B12 with Methylcobalamin have faster results than without it. On the instructions it shows to dissolve in mouth or chew. Read more
Just want to share something I learned recently: B12 gets destroyed by our stomach acid. So the proper way of taking it is by letting it dissolve in your mouth. Chewing the pill alone may not be sufficient. Read more
