It's a gimmick ,you have to down all six pills in a day. Every day just to get 200 mg of vitium C, you can read the bottle for the rest of ingredients. ... I should have read it ,but I quickly ordered it because a neighbor strongly suggested this. The vitamins that I take now have more than this " supplement " in it and Im not having to take 6 pills a day . You be the judge. + Mine are not considered a supplement, they are actual vitamins.It's not often I write a negative review. So many people get screwed over by these supplement/vitamin companies and I really can't stand that, it's got good stuff in it yes but you shouldn't have to achieve the goal of consuming all this stuff by taking six pills a day that's just ridiculous Read more
