Great! I've been using it for my skin and I've noticed that my skin is looking a lot smoother and hydrated. Evening primrose oil has a lot of benefits for your health - great to take! I've taken different brands of evening primrose oil and I quite Jamieson. The soft gels are a lot smaller than other brands - Jamieson is more like a medium size pill - and I find it easier to swallow. You take it 3 times a day, so you have to be careful not to forgot. I used to like to take a larger dosage in one-go, but I've realized it's better to take lower dosages throughout the day so that your body absorbs it better.
