This multivitamin has a lot of b vitamins which means you just pee the excess out (that is what makes your urine a very yellow colour, nothing to do with your liver)To avoid wasting the b vitamins just take half of the multi in the morning and the other half at night. Read more
I primarily take this on those winter days where we get no sunshine and I am too lazy to eat anything healthy.Does it actually help? well.. we will never know without proper testing but for the average people like myself, it gives us peace of mind. This is exactly what I was after, a one a day multivitamin to fill the gaps that I know are missing from my diet. I definitely suggest, as the instructions say, TAKE WITH FOOD! If you don't, you can get an upset stomach. If you do take with food however, there are no issues.Be aware, it is a fairly sizable pill, so if you have trouble with larger pills, it may be an issue for you, but that is not a problem for me.
