I thought this product would be perfect for our daughter, especially when teething. It's colorful, has a neat texture, and easy to clean. Unfortunately, our little one gravitated to a couple other teething toys (e.g., Manhattan Toy Winkel Rattle and Sensory Teether, her generic sippy cup to chew on/drink water, etc.) and didn't like this one so much. I doubt it has anything to do with the product-- it's just that our little one wasn't interested. Our little lady loves music and teething on sippy cups, so a basic sippy cup or anything with a rattle is bound to draw her attention more than something like this (which doesn't have a rattle). :/ Ah, I wanted to love this so badly. I love this baby teether and it looks very cute too! I gave it 4 starts because it’s pretty heavy for my 5 month old to hold. Also, there’s some areas that have tiny little holes and it’s hard to clean and dry in those areas. I normally clip my baby’s teething toys on the pacifier leashes since he never took the paci, I used them for that instead. They can normally hold all his teething toys, but this one is quiet heavy. My baby looooves this teether...so much that this is the second time I’ve bought it because the first one I had to throw away. I threw away the original one because after 5 months of washing and sanitizing it, parts of the teether had a weird dusty-looking film on it that I couldn’t remove...I’m not sure if it was soap residue or a layer of the teether, but I wasn’t going to keep it around any longer. This was easy for my daughter to hold on her own when she first started to learn to hold objects (photo was just at 3 months). My 9 month old loves this tether. It’s sturdy but chewy for her teething needs, with great textured bumps on one side. Like many reviewers my baby goes for my glasses all the time so this was a cute hipster alternative. My baby loves when I hold it up to her face or my face like we are wearing it. I block out my daughter’s face in all my reviews just to protect her but underneath the white circle is a huge smile! She loves picking this up, dropping/throwing it and picking it up again. We haven’t quite reached the teething phase (she’s 4 months) but we are just now starting to learn to hold things on our own! I'm a sucker for all things itzy ritzy so this was no exception haha. It is the most adorable teether, and bigger than what I had imagined it would be. Great little teether and great price. As fans of pineapples, we definitely love the cute design. Its quite large compared to other teethers, but for an older baby (over 6mo), shouldn't be a problem. Was a good buy for our daughter while she was growing her first few teeth, and though she wasn't in love it (or any other teether) for very long, it was good to have in the car seat/stroller for her to play with.
