This bottle bag is difficult to clean! One of my bottles leaked and now this bag smells awful. I tried wiping it down and I tried putting baking soda inside to absorb the bad smell, but nothing is working. I recommend a different bag as bottles may leak and then ruin this bag.I’m sad because I have the matching diaper bags and this bag is so cute. I love to match, but it was not worth it in this case. I bought this because I wanted the snack bag to match the rest of my Itzy Ritzy items, but it does not keep anything cold. There are far better options that work and are more reasonably priced. I’m using it for snacks that don’t need to be kept cold, so it’s usable, but does not keep bottles cold. I did add an ice pack for a bottle once and the edge of the ice pack cut through the thinly lined bag. Also, it’s not leak proof. Not functional AT ALL for cold items, but aesthetically it’s cute. Super cute! I had to have it to match all of my daughter's other itzy ritzy items. Right out of the package a snap on the handle broke. Got it replaced hassle-free. My other daughter wanted one so I purchased another one for her in a different color and within 3 weeks one of her snaps has broke. I bought this bag because it is a little bigger than the Skip Hop bag I'd been using for several months. I LOVED the Skip Hop Grab & Go bag, but now that I want to send baby food and a spoon to daycare, it's just not big enough. I found this Itzy Ritzy bag and compared the measurement specs and found the Itzy Ritzy has an extra 1.25" in width and 1" in length than the Skip Hop bag. With this, I'm able to send three 8 ounce Dr. Brown's bottles, two 2 ounce baby food containers, a spoon, and a bib with plenty of room to zip it up without stretching it. The Skip Hop bag was bursting at the seams with the same items (minus the bib because it would not fit). This is perfect for me, because with baby #3, I've already got more bags than I can deal with, so this is compact and portable enough to make me feel a little better about my day. Plus, this bag is precious and my oldest daughter (kindergarten) has already claimed it to use as a lunch box when the baby no longer needs it.The snaps on the handle did come off almost immediately because it's a horribly produced snap. However, I just hot-glued it back on and went on my way without any issues. I'm going to assume that they just accepted whatever snaps they could find during the worldwide shutdown from the pandemic.Overall, I would recommend this bag if you need a little extra room than the Skip Hop Grab & Go. Beware! I wouldn’t recommend this bag for a few reasons. Firstly the snap broke after only a few uses. The price for this bag is expensive and this shouldn’t happen. Secondly, Itzy Ritzy has very poor customer service and refused to help. Thankfully Amazon has refunded me the money back. Read more
