I have used IT Cosmetics Brow Power for a few years. The first thing I noticed was the consistency of the crayon is much drier than usual and didn't apply smoothly. Then I compared the actual pencil to the one I have in my makeup bag (purchased directly from IT) that is almost used up. The logo is totally different along with other fine print and highly suspect that this is not an authentic product or IT has changed the formulation. The product itself works wonderfully, HOWEVER, I've purchased this twice and both times the pencil has fallen out of the slot the very day I've opened the package. The first time, I thought it was a fluke and was able to continually put the pencil back in the slot to use it completely. This morning, I opened my brand new pencil and BAM, fell right out of the slot and directly down my sink drain! Over it. Returning the packaging and empty container to Amazon and I emailed It Cosmetics to complain. Rediculous for a $24 product! My brows are very sparse, but the brow hairs that I have are very dark. Being a blonde, it was hard to make my brows look natural. Over the years I have tried many eye brow products (pencils, ink-type, powder with stencils), but nothing looked natural. A woman I work with has cancer and lost her eyebrows, yet they her brows looked so natural…this is what she used. Short strokes work the best and the harder you press, the darker the brow. What I love is the little brush at one end of the pencil…it smooths the brow so it looks so natural. NOTE: keeping the pencil short will help prevent it from breaking off. Read more

I really like this product. I've been using it for several months now and it lasts all day. It goes on very easily and using the spiral brush on the other end helps to smooth out the edges and make your brows look very natural. I have hardly any brows, so I use a lot of this every day and it lasts longer than other high end brow pencils I've bought in the past. So, you are getting a good quantity for the money. I love that it is so easy to apply and lasts all day. Even if I'm perspiring, it lasts through it. I wear it to the gym and just pat my face with a towel when I perspire and it stays on. I started using this product after chemo relieved me of my eyebrows. I was given a full sized product in with some other cosmetics that were donated to the American Cancer Society for their Look Good Feel Better Class that teaches cancer patients how to take care of their skin and apply makeup. I purchased this item in March..however, I only used it perhaps 6 or 7 times because I alternate products..I went to use it 2 days ago..unfortunately for me over my bathroom sink...the entire length of product fell out of the tube and yes, down the drain it went. I did not over extend it..I know that can break it off. It simply fell out. If this is the way this product is made, I will never purchase it again. Read more
