I've been taking this product for over 30 years. My husband first bought it from a co-worker who was involved in the Market America "pyramid." I ended up with a muscle injury that took six weeks rather than just a few days to recover from. The good news is that X-rays at the orthopedist revealed very little arthritis -- and I'm 72.
