My gums in part of my mouth hurt when I bite down hard. I've been using Iotech for about a month and it is helping. Twice a day I fill the cup to about 1/3 capacity, dip a toothbrush in it, place the edge of the brush against a tooth and give a gentle short back and forth along the gum line. It's working. The stuff is expensive but the bottle should last around three months. Then again, maybe I'll try it as a mouthwash. Read more

I like this mouthwash. I feel like it does make more of a difference than mouthwash from the store. My only complaint is that the cinnamon flavor is really strong to the extent that it burned the first few times I used it. I just ended up diluting with water before I rinse. Read more
