I’ve used a lot of supplements over the years, and they’ve all made promises and given me high hopes. Sometimes they help, sometimes they don’t. But this? This stuff is magical (the exact words I said to my ND). It’s a winning combination, I’ve been very impressed with the results. When my gut is misbehaving for whatever reason, I reach for these. I have had full spectrum IBS ( both C and D) since I was in my teens. I could eat the same thing daily and still have fluctuation. This supplement has helped regulate bowel movements and also makes them regular and consistent! Has made a huge difference for me. Highly recommend. Read more

I've suffered from chronic constipation since childhood. I've tried every supplement, softener, ir probiotic you can name. I started taking this pill at the recommendation of a friend's naturopath. At first I was only taking a few a day and noticing little effect. Something told me ti up my dosage, so I did. I now take about 6 pills a day, but the effects are great. I've been at this dosage for over a month now and haven't had to increase. I highly recommend this product. Read more

I have been taking this for years. I started out at 6 a day and gradually weaned down to a maintenance of 2 a day. It does take a month or so to correct things and notice a difference, so be patient. I had issues with IBS, diarrhea, cramping, sensitivities, etc. Now my symptoms are only occasional, and at that point I up the dose to correct it. Read more

Several years ago, a naturopath recommended this supplement to me during a cleanse. I was pleasantly surprised - works well and I personally have none of the negative side effects (tummy ache, gas, etc.) you can get from some fiber and colon cleansing products. It's also good for occasional use when you get irregular. To me, this supplement is one of those rare finds that works quickly and efficiently so I like to keep a bottle on hand.The down side is you may need to take 6 capsules at a time, which can end up being costly.
