I guess it works for many people but not me. I applied some to my hair and it blends well but once the powder is on the hair you cannot touch it. If you do your hands will be covered with the powder, which won’t come off easily because it’s like coal and oil mixed together. I love this product! I have used a few different root touch up products. They have been spray on or brush on with a brush like mascara. Both types work but make your hair feel heavy and full of products. This powder is light and so much easier to get exactly where you need it. The puff that comes with it is great, especially if you have a part line or other larger areas to cover quickly. If you have areas around your ears, for example, I have used an eye shadow brush. This is my first time trying a product like this, but it's exactly what I hoped for. It's lightweight enough that it's not overpowering or super obvious. It's very subtle but you can also build on it to make it heavier if you want. I haven't done any hardcore sweating or been in the rain while wearing it, in order to test how well it stays, but we'll see. This product makes me feel much more confident about my thinning hair!
