The box it came in was severely damaged. It all clicked away and easy to assemble. One of the problems I have is that the chair looks and feels generic/cheap. I guess that's what most plastic chairs feel like?The other problem is the casters. They're in such an angle that they do not rotate freely. We are happy with it! It’s lite weight! The tray is easy to put on and take off! Easy to remove the seat cover to wash it! Easy to switch to the booster seat positions! Pretty simple and easy to use highchair! I will say it doesn’t feel very sturdy but no issues so far and the wheels do stick when you move it but not so bad that it’s a problem! Still 5 star worthy! Cons: The wheels are horrible, even on hardwood and vinyl floors. I bought the chair because I wanted to be able to move it easily from our dining room to kitchen, but the wheels are so cheap and they do not swivel like they should, so it is hard to move an inch, even with two hands. All the ingenuity chairs have the same bad wheels, even the more expensive ones.Pros: Cute design! I love the pattern on the seat, its even cute in person, works well for any gender. I think the pamphlet said to spot clean the fabric, but I take it off and throw it in the wash and then let it air dry. Harness is easy to use and has multiple adjustment positions for growing baby.Comparisons: This tray does not have a removable topper like the slightly more expensive Ridgedale model or the wood high chair model. The tray itself is easy to remove and clean, but since it is a little more bulky than the thin plastic topper, I found that having the topper is awesome since it is so lightweight and takes one second to snap it off and run it under water in the sink. Also, the back legs on this model stick out a little further compared to the more expensive wood 3-in-1 chair. Not a huge deal, only a couple inch difference, but if your looking for something a little slimmer, you could take it into consideration. Read more

The metal tubing that the legs are made out of was defective. Each end was bent/warped so the pieces didn't fit together when I tried to assemble it. We needed the highchair asap so no time to exchange for a new one, so my husband spent an hour using a hammer on the ends to try to bend them to the correct shape before we were finally able to assemble it. It was a lot of work, and now the paint is scratched off all the legs where my husband was banging on them. How much did I pay for this travesty?! Read more

Very happy with this high chair. We started putting my little girl in it at 5 months old and the recline was perfect to allow her to sit up without flipping over. It is comfy, easy to clean, and cute! The wheels do stick a little when rolling it, but not enough for it to bother us at all. Perfect high chair and I love that it will grow with her! Read more

You for sure get what you pay for with this product as one of the cheaper ones that I have found on Amazon. The good thing is I really like the large size of the tray and the two cupholders, The two bad things are it is definitely made very cheaply I didn’t exactly feel safe putting my 30 pound 2 1/2 year-old in it but once I strapped him in and put the tray on he sat nicely. Also, the holes pre-“drilled” on the legs for the little silver piece in the other side to catch, (sorry for my lack or hardware terminology) are too large so the legs are not as sturdy as they could possibly be. I love this highchair. It is the perfect height and very easy to put together. It took maybe 10 minutes to get out of the 2 boxes and put together. Instructions are simple. However I have read the reviews saying the tray melts when it’s put in the dishwasher, so I will be avoiding that. It’s been very easy to clean and wipe down after each meal, only takes a few minutes and that’s even after spaghetti! Lol I would recommend buying this, and I would definitely buy again! Read more

Bought 3 of these for our triplet girls- impressed with the 5 point safety harness, it is quite well fitting with the seat cushion and I can get the correct adjustment for all the girls easily. Tray is easy to put on and take off; cleaning in the dishwasher is a no go due to it's size (and the fact that we have three ;) ); there are locks on the back wheels and so far no problems there. It is easy to take apart, which is a bonus for traveling/ going to someone's house for a few days as we can pack all three chairs for the girls. Overall, a great product at a great price! Read more

We have been using this chair for over a year, and its really amazing.. We use it as a high chair when we are eating together, or as booster when we go restaurants or visits as it so far fits all the chairs that we have tried it on. We also prefer to use this in restaurants over the ones they normally provide as those are just fitted for toddlers and not so much infants, so the ones they provide are not safe for children under a year old.other than that it is very easy to set up, easy to clean, very safe and comfortable. I would say it is a bit bulky for storage and doesn't fold, but so far we have been keeping it out and not needing to store it much so does not bother us, but can see it might be a problem for small apartments or tight spaces. generally though we highly recommend.
