This thing is super fun, for babies and adults alike (my husband plays with it more than the baby does! Lol!), but there is no way to turn it off, and batteries literally last TWO DAYS. You read that right, two. I don't know if I got a defective unit because no one else has mentioned this, but it's ridiculous. I even bought batteries for high drain devices and it did no better. I've changed them 4 times, with different kinds and brands, and I've given up. Which is really sad because my little guy reaches for this toy a lot and can't play with it. I don't understand why there is a "demo" mode instead of "off". Even if you can't turn it off, it shouldn't keep draining batteries like this- his other toys don't. Read more

A friend of mine got this toy for their son and I thought it was so cute so I got one for my son. He loves this toy. You can hit the little drums/beats and "scratch" using the wheels that are supposed to be like turn tables. There are some little toys on the top that he doesn't really care about because he's 1.5 years old but he likes all the noises and lights that go along with this toy. There are a couple settings you can change using the buttons on the bottom. The one thing I find annoying about this toy is that you can't turn it off. Both of my boys (5mo and 22 mo) love this thing, it is constantly making noise but shockingly it is not annoying at all! The music sounds like actual music so it kind of just becomes unnoticeable background noise when it goes on too long but it's fun catchy music with a good beat for little guy dancing. Read more

I've gotta say, this toy has some decent value for the price. It has a surprising amount of song and sound options for a baby toy at this price point. It does as a pretty admirable of a job of emulating a DJ set. If you love DJs, audio engineering, hip-hop, techno or house style music... well your baby (and maybe even you?) will get a kick out of this toy. My 3 month old baby girl loves it! I love that this has such unique sounds and isn’t your traditional music baby toy! It’s so fun to play with and listen to my little one make their own mix. My only complaint is there is no off switch.UPDATEthe speaker on this toy stopped working after 4 months. The lights flash but no sound. Such a disappointment! I got this for my baby for Christmas, he's not quite 6 months but is already in love with this toy ! To be honest so am I!
