How they fold and packaged this makes the basket hard to turn it back to its original shape, it's kinda annoying! I did stuff mine with comforter for over a week now and steam it, it kinda worked out but there is still some visible creases in the bottom. Read more

Update: I was not able to reshape the item and even a replacement came in the same condition. They bend for packaging and that ruins the shape. For me it matters that it looks circular and not all bent out of shape. Returning the original and replacement.It looks sturdy and I love the look of the fiber, but I am not sure if it will ever look round. The way it is packed doesn't allow for it to keep a nice, round shape. Keep that in mind when buying. Read more

Although attractive and sturdy enough for laundry holding...Item was folded, to pack for shipping. Ordered last Oct. It never regained the shape of it in the picture provided. Sits with folds. I bought the smaller version of this basket for a nice way to store a yoga mat/foam roller etc without being an eyesore. Upon receiving it, I decided I wanted the taller version and ordered this one. They have sent me the smaller one twice. I returned the item marked as “wrong item” and requested to be sent a new one, and I received the same small one. The basket is cute, it looks sturdy, but I now have 3 small baskets that will not work for their purpose and I have to return them. It’s less than two weeks before Christmas and the hassle to keep reviewing my orders, cancelling, needing to go to UPS to return it, and checking both item descriptions multiple times to see if I have ordered the right item is not worth it. I wanted a basked to hold my yoga mat, & other workout items. The basket is okay, & does hold the items. However, due to the way it ships, the basket is not round. The first 2 pictures are after I took it out of the packaging. The 3rd picture I stuffed the basket with towels, & blankets - which is suggested due to the way it ships. I left it like this for over 24 hrs. The last 2 pictures show that did nothing, & the basket is not round. Would’ve rated higher, but disappointed basket is the wrong shape. Read more

It’s the perfect size to keep me from needing to do too much laundry lolIt has slots at the top that act as handles but it’s a bit stiff so not hanging handles at all would have been better, or at least actually giving it better quality handles instead of stuff slits would have been appreciated.However the product is quality and looks like it’ll take a beating so it’s worth the purchase.I’m happy.Be warned, it comes folded so it may appear like you were sent the wrong size at first but just push out the inner folds and you’ll get what you were expecting. I would have been happy with this purchase had it not been folded to ship. Since it was folded , I was not able to get it in a round shape like it was pictured. Had I known that it was going to be shipped in this manner, I would have purchased one elsewhere. I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing regarding this problem. Exactly what I needed! My blanket was too big to just drape on my couch when not in use, and I wanted to keep my house looking neat and tidy. It’s cute and looking at the construction I think it’ll last a long time. Its versatile enough to fit in with the design I already had going in the room. This appeared to be the ideal size for a laundry basket (according to the picture of a woman holding it) but when I received it, it was much too small for a typical pile of laundry. A very nice, well made basket which I have now given away. Read more
