I have always like using ginseng as an additive just as you would a vitamin but I never realized how well the white version ginseng was over all the other ginseng products. For one thing, you just about have to order this stuff from China or Japan to get the white ginseng that has been ground into powder. That will be my next purchase but I needed an energy boost and this was practically the only white ginseng I could find from a US seller and I didn't want to have to wait weeks or even months to get a package from overseas but even this product in the pill form is good enough so I started feeling better after only a couple days of taking it.
