The first unit quit after less than a year. Because I had supplies and app data, I foolishly ordered another. It never worked. I could not delete the old unit from the app nor add the new one (which won't work unless it connects to an app). To hell with it all. I ordered a different brand and all new supplies. iHealth? This moniter would not turn on consistently. I paired it with app and still did not identify app. I bought weight scales also and they paired beautifully on weight app. The usb charger cord did not fit comfortably in usb port. Read more

The iHealth gluco meter is easy to use. The readings are accurate. If you really count on it to show it's readings on the iHealth smart phone app you may be a bit disappointed. The blue tooth connects okay, but all too often the reading just does not show up. Forget about trying to get any help from iHealth. No one answers their phone and they do not answer emails at all.
