Mirror has good features to dim or brighten the led lights. I wish I bought a slightly taller one. When your sitting on your chair in front of your vanity desk, the way the mirror is set up using the stand is a little short by a few inches, you have to crouch lower to see your full face or prop the mirror higher to achieve a comfortable height in front of the mirror. From the picture, you can see that I have a thick layer of Styrofoam below the stand. Still a great mirror but I would have gone a few inches higher and go with something that is at least 26 to 27 inches tall. This one is only 18 inches tall with the stand. The stand is also not strong enough to keep the mirror stable. It’s rather heavy and I have to use scotch tape to secure the mirror onto the back of my table to ensure that it doesn’t tip over. Order came early, I was super excited. But, it came with a burnt out bulb, the “touch” controls barely work, and the bottom is so curved it rocks back and forth every time you touch it. I will be returning and exchanging this item in hopes that they make this problem right. I assume that many people will be ordering this for Christmas, but I wouldn’t order it so close to the holidays with the possibility of faulty bulbs. Read more

**UPDATE**After leaving my first review, I assumed the company or seller would have contacted me to offer some sort of resolution to my issues about the touch buttons not working properly. However, the company has yet to reach out to me and I can’t seem to find a way to contact them directly either, as there was no number to call or email to use, within my packaging when the mirror arrived.I wanted to love this mirror! However, the buttons are terrible. The power on/off button works fine, but the other two buttons only seem to work when they want to. It’s a great mirror but I wish it didn’t take a billion taps to change the lighting or brightness settings. Read more

It's a very good concept, size is good, frame design is good, but the surface controls are a big failure, the one I received did not work, there are no QC/quality control sticker on this product, not even sure if it was tested prior to shipping -- I do not recommend it because of this... if you have one, it may just be time before it goes bad. Nicer than expected. Seen same type in a furniture store for $299 & up. They just order from Amazon and display it on top of a dresser and voila $300 bucks. I really expected a thin plastic blurry mirror. Not! Touch sensor works as it should. I expected a little different but what I saw in the picture. But I think that was my mistake not choosing the right mirror. But this is perfect when I opened it up and use it. I like it for the fact that I can plug-in on the side of the mirror my phone or The hair straightener. Good thing about it is that I could put it in a box and travel with it. I do recommend the mirror.I like it for the fact that it doesn’t have switches and it’s controlled from the mirror, and it goes very bright so it lights up the room. This item was lovely, arrived quickly and intact, worked well however went with a different mirror. The returns process of this item is very tedious and unclear. I wish it was stated somewhere that when you return it to the nearest Hermes drop off point it would be rejected due to size and that a courier would need to be arranged. I spent a lot of time reading reviews and sourcing this and I have to say I’m very pleased with this mirror. It arrived in one piece and was well packaged. Very easy to put on the stand with a few screws which were provided. It’s a very sturdy metal construction. The lights are fantastic, different hue settings and brightness levels are fantastic. Bought this to use on my other halves dressing table and she's really pleased with it.Decent size, not too big, not too small - good lighting options for makeup etc and good lighting color options depending on the room lighting to start with.Ours worked 100% from the off without issues.
