Nope, I can set in it. ITS HUGE! Get it. I got tired of the "huge" small laundry baskets. Welp, not anymore. And I got 2 of the XXXL ones. And whoever said "lied, size is wrong" , there's the pictures of me setting in it and my cattle dog/boxer/German Shepard, admiring it. I expected a lot for paying almost $50 for a toy basket. This did not live up to my expectations at all. I ordered the Indress me XXX bag as well, which was cheaper $37.67 versus $45.99, it was the same size and much nicer. This basket came in a cheap, white bag which was stained with an oily, yellowish brown substance. It had a strong chemical smell. The size was good for toys, but not as big as I expected. It was badly sewn with crooked stitches. It looks like it was created by a drunk person who lost control of the sewing machine. I was going to return it, but the cheap bag it came in tore when I tried to shove it back in.Oh well, I paid too much. I was looking for a basket to store dirty towels in that I could fit in my linen closet. The size was as described and it stands sturdy. I did follow instructions of similar baskets and filled it completely with towels, stuffing it and leaving it that way for a day or so to reshape it after unpacking. Doing this made the basket perfectly sturdy and able to stand up by itself. I am able to fit at least 6 wadded up large towels, a bathroom rug, washcloths, and hand towels. I do use this basket to then carry all those items to the laundry room, so the handles seem sturdy as well. My only issue is with the color, it describes it as grey, but it definitely has a strong blue undertone, which is not my favorite. Not too big of a deal it's still cute. Read more

If you're going off the picture, take into consideration that they used a very petite woman. That being said, it's not as large as one would think going by the photo. However, it is large.
