Great idea, but the there is nothing on the bottom so I had to buy and make something to fit so it wouldn't scratch. I wish the opens were a little bigger, I can use it for my hair dryer, large curling iron, but my flat iron doesn't fit in the other openings. Also I like that you can use it to plug in items, but my hair dryer has a larger plug so I can only use 2 of the 3 plug ins. This is really large and is nice, but since I can only use it for 2 things I wish I would have gotten a smaller one. Read more
This holder has a thick black power cord which has been airbrushed out of the photos so I’m including my own photo of what it really looks like. The unit would look much better without the cord being so prominent. It really should have been designed to go through the center and come out the side of the base.Also not shown is the rubber ring that goes around the bottom of the base. Not the most attractive thing but necessary to keep it from scratching your table top.I thought this holder would be nice to plug in my appliances, which have short cords, without having to use an extension cord. Unfortunately, the outlet is installed upside down which makes the hair dryer cord in particular look very awkward. Major design flaw.With everything plugged in I don’t really like the way the cords protrude every which way on the top and sides of my makeup vanity.So disappointed with this and may return it. We like it; it holds all of my wife's hair dryers and curling irons, and the power strip mounted to it keeps power cord clutter at bay. The only issue I've noticed is that the wing nut on the bottom will work loose with use. A nylon nut, or something similar that resist vibration, would have been better. Overall, it was a good deal. There is another one on Amazon that looks the same (different brand), and costs 70% more. I don't know if there is any difference between the two, other than price. Read more

Great product at a great price. Only “complaint” is that it was shipped its original box and the box was a bit damaged when it arrived. The product was fine!!!, but something to consider for the seller. Read more
