My wife wanted 2 extra power cords could pump either upstairs or down stairs and have one for when we traveled (original charger and 2 of these). The first one we bought has been working now for almost 4 months with every day use. Once she went back to work and was pumping every day on the road we decided to get a second one. If you have the Spectra Pump this is the cord to buy for either spare ones or as a replacement cord. No need to spend the extremely high price for the name brand one when these have the same specs. This charger seemed to work for a couple months but now it will no longer charge. When I plug it into an outlet, the green like will appear for 3 seconds then fades to off, to which it’ll stop charging my pump when the light turns off. I’ve troubleshooted multiple times in different outlets and different items with the same result.Mostly frustrated because it’s past the window of returns. Very displeased and wasted my money. I used this product for my spectra s2 breast pump. My original adapter stopped working after less than 6 months of use! Glad I found this. It works great! Read more
I lost my charger from Spectra 9 Plus and purchased this one. When it arrived happily plugged it in and noticed that the pump doesn’t charge. I was wondering why until I looked carefully and noticed that Spectra 9 plus requires 9V and the charger is 12V. Sure enough it burned the pump. :( the pump is $180 and not the kind of item you can live without for a while. Lesson learned. Sorry can’t recommend it as the description is misleading. Read more
