My doc was selling this but I didn’t pick up any when I saw her in Jan. She’s great and researches everything she suggests. I decided to try it and bought from Amazon. First couple of weeks, I didn’t think it was doing much of anything, one scoop a day. Then suddenly I realized my nails were stronger. Not growing faster, but stronger and healthier looking. Then I realized my gums, which had been receding, were back to normal, and looking much healthier too. I’m on my second can now. My dog, who gets his teeth brushed twice a day and has gum/teeth issues...well I gave him a very tiny bit with his food for several days and his gums are looking better too!He’s very fragile and I’m hoping this helps his joints too. He’s been leaping around a lot more lately. My melasma is a bit better, not as dark as it used to be, and the fine lines on my face are gone. I get the unflavored and put it in my coffee. I've only been taking Sparkle Skin Boost Plus for about a week but I can attest to it having no detectable flavor. It dissolves well in cool or warm water. My skin doesn't heal very quickly, never has, Sparkle Skin Boost seems to be helping my skin in that regard. This type of collagen (Verisol) was included in a study which is why I choose this brand. The addition of Vitamin C is also important. I'm so glad I found this brand. Buyers should be aware my container does have 30 servings. I've been using it for almost a month and have noticed a huge improvement with my face wrinkles and brown spots (sun damage) on my face. My brown spots have almost disappeared!
