This product dissolves quickly and cleanly in "cold" bottled water, no clumping. The flavor is distantly related to alka seltzer without so much fizz. It's pleasant to drink and not over powering or sweet. Easy open packets carry well with you. It's acceptable to drink and better than plain water. I recommend and will purchase again. Read more
I was house sitting for three weeks in Desert Hot Springs for a friend and temps got up to 115. I realized after two days that I felt horrible because I was dehydrated. I ordered these and immediately felt better after one dose. I added it to my morning routine of drinking my probiotics with organic aloe vera juice and I have to say that it made it taste way better. The packets only "flavor" 7 ounces of water! (less than a CUP)...Nowhere on the product descriptions does it mention that. Not even enough for ONE regular 16oz water bottle. (TWO packets not really enough for one bottled water). Wish I had known this. Not a deal when you have to use TWICE as much as say, "Liquid IV" product. Would have returned this, but opened the package and saw the TINY packets, BEFORE I read the package instructions to add to only 7ozs of water. I would buy them again. They're a little pricey but definitely help when I have a hard workout to replenish my fluids. Also let me kids try them when they had a stomach bug and although they weren't crazy about the flavor, it definitely helped them feel better. Read more

This is great for replenishing electrolytes post physical activity or when you go to an all inclusive resort where you live off of pina coladas for a week. My only complaint is that it doesn’t taste very good. We would make it and then just drink as fast as possible. Read more

Bought these for my dad who just had hip surgery.
