I got 6 of these on prime day to give to the girls at my daycare for Christmas. Unfortunately, I stowed them away & forgot about them. Pulled them out to put the rest of their goodies in for our holiday party & was so embarrassed but it was too late to get a replacement. I can't believe I paid $12+ each for these! The dollar store would have been better quality. These were so cheap they hardly stood up/open on their own. they were a flimsy/see thru plastic-like textile. NOT linen as the description said. The handles were all about to fall off right out of the package. One of the saddest, most disappointing purchases I've ever made on Amazon in over a decade. Do not waste your time or money on these. A reusable shopping bag would be better quality. My HEB grocery bags are thicker. The unicorn image is so poorly done and cheap. It's nothing like the picture. All around a complete rip off. I bought this as an additional hamper for the basement, so I didn’t want or expect a Golden Hamper w WIFI Capability. But I have to say that my whale hamper is a great addition. It’s light yet sturdy and holds a lot more than its smaller frame would indicate. I am very happy with my purchase.I’d like to add that this would be ideal for other uses (other than dirty clothes)... store kids toys or extra couch pillows or blankets etc. Since it is light, consider it your portable storage chest. I was so super excited to get this for my sons nursery to give it a nice look after all most laundry baskets are really ugly and this one looked really cute. It is super cute if that’s all you want. The basket literally came flat which I was fine with as long as it got better once properly fluffed I guess would be the word, let me tell you that I got my hopes up because if you breathe on this it falls to the floor it’s not sturdy at all and don’t understand how it would be used for clothes or even toys for that matter. The large laundry/toy bin is great! We use it for laundry and i love that i can bring the handles together to carry it like a bag down the stairs! Its very durable and stands up on its own. Bought this hamper for my 22-month-old son’s room & I love it! The material is actually way more sturdy & durable than it looks — especially for something collapsible — & the leather handles sewn into the sides pretty much guarantee it won’t break, even if you choose to use it for toys or something else other than clothes. The hamper is made from some type of plastic or canvas material (I think?) that somehow manages not to look cheap while still keeping its shape & holding up well, & also being easy to clean (just wipe it down!) & waterproof inside & out. As if that weren’t enough, this thing holds way more than any other children’s hamper (or adult’s, for that matter) I’ve seen, so no matter what you choose to use it for you should only need one — although the adorable patterns it comes in are also available on a variety of other items such as collapsible bins & storage containers so if you do find yourself wanting or needing more, you can always add a matching piece. This hamper is seriously a mother’s dream, especially for the price.P.S. We purchased this as a gift for our Grandson who has left for college. He received a scholarship in Soccer and we thought this would be a perfect, versatile usable item for a young man with limited space in the dorm. This is very heavy duty canvas material and quite sturdy. It's collapsible so it can be put away as needed. We thought it might make a great laundry hamper but we did purchase a net bag to carry the laundry to the laundromat in. It would fit several volleyballs or just about anything he wants to use it for. We used it as the presentation for all of his gifts.. we filled it with all of his favorite foods, snacks, candy and a few water bottles. There were also a couple of wrapped gifts and some gift cards for fast food places he likes to go to. I'm adding this info as an idea for those looking for similar gifting. I purchased this for use as a laundry hamper, but with its waterproof, wipeable interior, it can easily be cleaned, and used for a variety of purposes around the house. (Toy bin, winter gear accessories bin, blankets bin, carrying bin/bag, etc..)The bin is not particularly stiff - no wire at the top or bottom - this makes it handy and easy to tuck into small spaces.It does stand up nicely on its own, but do note that this is a very lightweight canvas bin. It's not nearly as heavy (& heavy duty) as some of the more expensive, canvas storage bins. This canvas and waterproof interior coating are much lighter - the product feel is not unlike a decent quality, reusable shopping bag, but with an attractive canvas exterior, clean & sleek print, and more of a luxury feel. You think from the photos that this basket would be the same quality material you buy from the store. You will be disappointed. This is the thinnest canvas material I have ever seen. The white part with no ink is semi transparent, that's how thin it is. The material can hold it's shape (barely) because of a plastic liner inside, but it just feels like a thick garbage bag. The sewing is all over the place. The hemming is inconsistent. There are long threads hanging, raw unfinished edges. haha I mean the only good thing about this item is that I don't really care what my kids do to it because it already feels like garbage. haha Read more

Holds a decent amount of clothing, my two children share this hamper. I like that the inside of it has almost like a coating acting like a waterproof lining. It’s lightweight and easy to transport. The only thing that might be a negative for some is that it doesn’t have a very sturdy shape, mine stays up right/doesn’t topple over because of where it’s kept but it can sometimes be squished.
