This product is awesome. No strange lingering aftertaste. I’ve seen both a boost in my mood(boyfriend thanks you) and my skin has seen a huge boost in clarity and smoothness. This stuff is great, even at half dose! I’ve been taking krill oil for years due to the phospholipid/antioxidant content but have been disappointed in the levels of EPA/DHA in most krill oil. I decided to try OMG Omega due to the much higher amount of these two fatty acids, along with the affordable price. I’ve been taking just one softgel a day (with a meal) and my skin has been softer and more clear. Taking one a day is still more EPA/DHA than I’ve been getting with krill oil, plus the bottle will last twice as long. Fish oil may not work for everyone, but it definitely helps my skin and joints.
