The product arrived on time. The only problem that I had was that the lid was broken and it leaks if it is not standing upright. It probably needed to be shipped in a more sturdy packageUpdate: I am obsessed with this product. After using it consistently for a month I literally had a whole new head of hair growing. I have order this product about 6 times because it works. I lost about 75% of my hair to due hypothyroidism and I was 25. As you can imagine, that would be pretty horrifying for a girl. Anyways, my doctor did put me on thyroid medication, but it seemed like it wasn't helping much with my hair growing back even after 6 months of being on the meds. 3 weeks after I started using this I saw dramatic results, It's been about 2 years since my hair stopped falling out and started growing back and I believe that this product has helped tremendously. My hair is still thin and will probably never be as thick as it used to be, but I no longer have an bald spots at all! The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes the sprayed gets blocked up and it doesn't spray properly. Other than that it's awesome. Read more
