This product claims to be 100% pure silicone but it's clear from the texture and the white that shows through when you pinch it that this has fillers in it. I was looking for plates that would suction in place because my toddler had a habit of chucking her plate on the floor once she was done or bored, whichever came first. There were a number of plates from more well-known brands that I looked at, but they all had a singular suction cup on the underside and regularly received complaints on not staying suctioned down. I knew I would not have the patience for that. These have four small suction cups and they work beautifully. In fact, they sometimes work a little too well and I have to be careful about where I'm putting the plate down while preparing a meal. I will happily take that problem, though. I have tried many different brands of silicone plates for my child and almost all of them have a perfumey sweet smell to them. It would eventually made the food taste that way too.I have found the others to leave a greasy film after washing it too. I was worried that this one would as well but it didn't!It's so durable with no smell at all!!! And no greasy film!I saw that one person left a review saying it did but I have no idea what they are talking about! I like that they won't break if dropped or banged against things. The 3 dividers are great to keep food separate (my 1 year old likes to put her water cup in a section sometimes). She can still move and pull the plate around if she wants, but it doesn't move unintentionally when she's eating. They feel sturdy, haven't stained with sweet potato, carrots, or spaghetti sauce (note: I do try to soak or quickly rinse the plate after she's done), and are nicely sized. I sometimes even use them for myself, haha.Update after 1+ years of use: I'm downgrading by one star as I've noticed that her food sometimes has a weird "taste" of dish detergent - as if the silicone picked up whatever it might've been soaking in. I still have never put them through the dishwasher, and, instead of soaking, I do try to wash them pretty soon after a meal.However, still great with regard to being banged around, dropped, and being non-slip. And still no stain issues (and we've had plenty of spaghetti, chili, etc.)! Read more

Great first plates!!! When we first used the plate put daughter immediately tried to flip it and the suction cups held their ground, it was beyond satisfying. Finally a plate our youngest couldn't flip!!! Great sizing for perfect portions and the colors are fantastic! Honestly what sold me was reading the reviews and seeing what the company had to say about their product. They were very knowledgeable and even gave a break down about how and where there product is made and who tests the product to make sure they are safe for babies. This product is of really great quality and passed my silicone bend test (which I didn't even know was a thing until I read this products reviews). The suction quality is pretty darn great...so great that when I put food on it, I usually spill a little food trying to unstick it off the counter top... but I've only used them twice so my user error may not be a problem for some. My daughter is a destruction queen and although it does a great job during mealtime, when my daughter is done eating she will usually succeed in ripping it off her high chair table if I'm not paying attention... but let's be honest, most toddlers have the strength of mini Arnold's if they put their mind to it. Truly, it's a really good product and the star I took off is only because my daughter can pull it off with the strength of Hercules. With that said, I don't regret buying them at all and plan on buying more when I start getting sick of doing the dishes. Read more

Got these to replace our plastic ikea dishes. I was really nervous about the quality and whether or not they are 100% food grade silicone...and I can’t tell. However, they are really nice dishes, great potion sizing for my older kids and toddler. I would’ve gone with glass but with these I don’t have to worry about breaking.
