Received them in just one day. The taste is a "rugged herbal" taste to my buds; not all that bad, but nothing to rave about like some reviewers did, calling them "delicious". Now, for the bad news - I've sucked down two of them and I'm still coughing, about the same as I was before. I am very disappointed. :-(2nd UPDATE: Just counted what was left in the box - 12 lozenges left, which works out to an average of approximately 4 per day--and I give up--no I QUIT. Not only did they NOT stop my cough, or "warm sooth & comfort" anything, but on the contrary they ended up burning my tongue to the point that is now swollen and sore. Maybe I'm allergic to something in them? I just don't know. But, I am, as of this moment (at a sleepless 4:18 A.M.) returning the remainder and requesting a refund.UPDATE: As always Amazon stands behind their products and has given me a refund on this item. This is the best...sore throat check, nasal drainage check; it takes care of all that!For me totally better than cough drops from national brands as well as their throat lozenges.Beware of the pepper taste in the back of your throat... but for me its the best part that cuts through all of that flem. I know that sounds gross but hey it works!Some of my friends who have tried them agree its one of the best. No miracles but I like them. There's a light sweet taste and a light peppery taste and a light cooling sensation when I breath in thru my nose/mouth. I hate the overly sweetness of Ricola and Halls are disgusting and upset my stomach. Others taste too mediciney or too sweet and aren't any more effective. I like these. I have chronic sinusitis so I need more than a cough drop to cure me but they help with throat congestion phelgm. There's a bunch in the box and I like that the wrapping is water and ant-proof.I like the pure ingredients list too. "Flavor" is the mystery ingredient. Read more

I have been using Himalaya Koflet Lozenges for more than 10 years.Every time I have sore throat or I suspect I may have one I take a lozenge, the sooner the better.1-2 lozenges usually help if it is not a strep throat.My wife tried them once and said they didn't help her. I got these as a natural (and cost effective) alternative to all of the sweetener-heavy lozenges made to treat dry mouth. This is great for sore throats and coughs. I have had the worst coughs calmed due to this product and I cannot say that about any other cough drop. I like the taste too, which is full of fragrant herbs.However it is strong tasting and may not suit everyone's tastes. Whenever I see someone hacking away, I offer them one and it does the trick.
