I ordered this dress for my two year old. I purchased a size 3t so it could be a little longer for her (she growing taller by the day). It hangs a little past her knees. The colors are so vibrant and the dress is made very well. I only wash and hang dried , so I’m not sure if it would shrink after using a dryer. I purchased these dresses to wear at the pool over bathing suits. They are adorable and my girls now wear them all the time. The material is a soft thin t shirt type of paternal but they hold their shape and look really cute. I have a 4 year old and a 6 year old. They are tall and thin. I sized up for length. Obviously these are the knock off mini boden dresses-if you didn’t know, now you do.I purchased the elephant safari appliqué and this is spot on for a knock off. I compared this dress to the picture on the sites page and the only difference I can spot is that the knock off had a bit less red on the skirt. Otherwise this is an amazing dupe!!!The fabric, appliqué, and color are good quality and I do not see any loose seams or stitching anywhere.Like many have said, SIZE UP! But if you know that going into this, you’ll be fine. I received two dresses that I ordered, everything was fine, they look cute. Unfortunately I hand washed them and the red pockets bled on the rest of the dress. Also the sizes are smaller than I expected. My 2 year old has a dress 3-4 and it's barely fitting, the 18 month old girl is wearing the size 2T and it's just right. I'm disappointed about the ruined dresses, how are you even supposed to wash them? Read more

I love this dress. It’s so cute! However, it seemed to maybe run just a tad bit small. That wasn’t a problem, until I washed, and dried it.It shrunk up so bad, I could only use it as a tunic, for my daughter. Her butt would show otherwise. So, although I would recommend it, I would suggest cold water, and no tumble dry. And, if you’re debating between sizes, go with the bigger one. Read more

This is a lovely, well-made dress. My granddaughter, who is three, had just been to an air show and really loves airplanes. This seemed like a fun gift to highlight that experience.
