I use this product for cloth wipes and it is excellent. The weighted insert is hefty which is nice for compressing the wipes just enough to ensure wetness to all of the wipes. The windows on the sides and front are great for seeing how many wipes are left. The lid seals nice but is very easy to open with one hand. If I used disposable wipes I think I'd still be very happy with this product. I read some reviews of people complaining about the weight of the insert causing the wipes to not advance but it really all depends on the brand of disposable wipes that are used. This product does come with a lifetime guarantee and it is so simple to register (you have to register it!). I have had mine for over nine months now. I use it daily. It is ALMOST perfect. I have only one complaint, the weight holding the wipes down is tooooo heavy. It is always a struggle to get the next one out because the weight does not allow the edge of next wipe to advance and allow for you to easily grab it. Instead I have to lift the weight away to find the edge of the next wipe which has been plastered down by the weight. Sometimes, if I S L O W L Y pull the wipe out I can get the next wipe to advance adequately, but only sometimes, definetly less than 1/2 the time. This is the only wipes dispenser I have ever purchased so I'm not sure if this is the best one out there. I only use Huggies brand for the record. Read more

This thing feels very well built. It isn't cheap plastic. It is well designed and simple to use.My wife has a really hard time remembering to close the snap/sticky lids on wipe refills. The packs were drying out and it felt like chucking money in the trash. I got this thing... due to the lid being so obviously open it really helps her notice that she needs to close it. Initially, I had a little hiccup with delivery of my hiccapop wipe dispenser when the wrong item was delivered. However, hiccapop was EXTREMELY responsive and had the correct product sent immediately. Actually, responsive is the wrong word; hiccapop proactively emailed me on the initial delivery date to ensure product and delivery satisfaction. When advised that the wrong product arrived, hiccapop quickly rectified the situation with no further inconvenience to me!As for the wipe dispenser - this is exactly what I needed. I had ordered a supply of ProHeal dry wipes to use with La Petite Creme diapering lotion. But the dry wipes did not fit standard refillable wet baby wipes dispensers, and no dispenser was recommended by Amazon. It appeared that the hiccapop dispenser was wider so I took a chance.The hiccapop dispenser is a full 5” deep and 8” wide. I’m not sure if it’s important to you but it surely is to me! If you use the refill packs you know how noisy they are, especially 3 am!!! No crumpling of the plastic cover on the refill pack. The lid closes softly without disturbance! This is a great dispenser. I gave 4 stars only because of the capacity and slip protection underneath could cover more of the surface for which it sits. My baby must have sensitive wipes used. The sensitive wipes are a bit more fluffy and the container will only hold approximately 3/4 of the refill pack. It’s very smooth to touch, lines are curved and sleek. I love the peek through windows on 3 sides. It’s easy to see when wipes need to be replenished. Great buy!!! Gave only 4stars because the weight is a little heavy, which makes it hard to pull each wipe out individually. Also it states that you can use any size wipes; on the other hand, adult wipes is a little to long, but I still used it, I just forced them in. I rather use the device instead of having to stick the original package back, because eventually the original pack sometimes openes once you have opened several time, which can cause it to reopen, causing it to dry out. I bought this to use when I buy the bags of wipes that do not have the individual packages. (Sometimes I'm not paying attention and buy these by accident!) I do like the size of the container, I love the concept but it's too heavy and there is no way to grip it so that the container doesn't pop open and the wipes fall out!! I don't put my child on a changing table so the container isn't always in a convenient spot. I have to move it pretty frequently. The plastic is smooth, which is eye appealing, but there is nothing on the sides to grip so that I can move it arounnd. Also, the weighted plate inside the box is not secured--so when the top pops open, the plate and the wipes fall out. Now the item I bought for convenience is no longer convenient. Make it with lighter weight plastic, secure the weighted plate and add grips on the side! I'd give it 5 stars for that!! Read more

I'm very happy with this purchase. It definitely has kept my wipes from drying out which is the main reason I bought it. I like that the top opens and closes easily with one hand, and the weighted plate makes it easy to get one wipe at a time. I love the white with the aqua accent, it matches our nursery perfectly. The only thing I'm not an huge fan of is the logo on the top of the lid. The bird is cute but I've had 2 people ask me why we have one with an "h" when our son's name starts with a "j", but I can ignore it. Overall a great product at a very reasonable price! Read more

I purchased this product for our nursery to hold our home made wet wipes. I was initially really happy with the quality of the product - the weighted insert made sure it was easy to dispense only one wipe at a time and the lid sealed well to ensure the wipes remained moist and prevented them from drying out while we used them up over a few days. The clear sides were also good at reminding us when a refill was needed.However, after a few weeks of use we began having issues with the lid - it often detaches / falls off in the midst of use. This is very frustrating when you are mid nappy change with a upset wriggly baby. I have found that I have been able to snap the lid back on to its hinge - however it continually comes off during uses which has been disappointing. Due to this I have given the product two stars as I will likely need to purchase a new dispenser - as I don’t fancy having to repair this one every time I use it. Read more
