I purchased these trace minterals and have been using them faithfully for a month- hoping that they would improve my hair loss while I am doing keto. I also take biotin and collagen every day. No improvement after a month's usage. The taste of the trace minerals is not great in water alone- but it is ok, if you add true lime or something else to mask the saltiness.
