My 11 year old son with Autism had been very depressed(crying at times during the day for no reason) to the point of not eating at all and not being able to fall asleep, so I brought the Angelica based on the symptoms it addresses because depression and anxiety run in my family. I give him two tablets 1 hour before he goes to sleep. He has been taking the Angelica now for two weeks and his depression is gone, he is eating, and is able to fall asleep. He has not had any allergic reaction or side effects. I had tried 5HTP, Lemon balm, fish oil, chelated magnesium, flaxseed oil and they all had a negative side effect on him except for this. I take 2 daily (morning and night). I bought this supplement to help with bladder control and to reduce sweating. I've noticed a huge difference in bladder control. In regards to sweat, I feel like I sweat more. It may be due to releasing toxics in the body. I'm also taking Sage capsules... that may also play a part. Read more
