Being a in a job where I may come across many strangers over my day, I always take a daily immunity supplement. This 7-in-1 blend intrigued me because most immunity blends don't have elderberry in it. In fact, I have a separate bottle of it that I take along with my usual blends. It's nice to see a blend that actually includes it. I've only been taking a week, so far, and although I haven't been sick to see if it helps shorten the length of a cold, I have noticed (coincidentally?) that even though Florida has been in spring since February, and I'm usually absolutely miserable with my allergies right now, I haven't actually taken any of my allergy medicine over the past few days because I haven't been sneezing, itchy, miserable, etc. Hmm. Vitamin D3, C, Zinc, Elderberry & Echinacea for immune health; Turmeric for inflammation & Ginger for nausea, digestive issues & heart health…just to name a few.
