Dr Christopher products are always so helpful and amazing!!! I honestly prefer to drink this formula as a tea bc I feel it works much faster that way but the capsules have the same ingredients as the powder bag-except the capsules don't contain comfrey-so my review is the same for both. This forumula has helped me a ton with weak teeth, nerve issues and hemerroids. It helps so fast!!! Like I said I mainly use the powder and drink it as a tea (even tho Dr Christopher is fda compliant and says to use comfrey topically, I MYSELF prefer to drink it bc it helps more that way for me).
