Thank you Herb Pharma for bringing this to the market. I am an 87-year old woman with an athletic body who fell and broke her femur. Very frustrating. The site says to take internal, but the bottle says external use only.‘’DirectionsSuggested use:Shake well before using.One to three times per day. Take 5 to 10 drops in a cup of water.’’ Read more

Great stuff! I use it for muscle pain,( strained back, twisted ankel , just over worked everything) and to shorten the time it takes to get rid of bruising.Also helps with the itching tingling pain of diabetic feet.Don't ever want to be without it. Read more

I obviously didn't read the description sufficiently, as this is not like the Arnica Oil I usually use. It has alcohol and distilled water in addition to the arnica oil. It does nothing for my joint pain as does the pure Arnica Oil from the same brand. It is also, of course due to the ingredients, very liquid and not easy to apply. In any case, since it does nothing for my joint pain, I'll go back and get the oil only. Read more

I love this product . I’m a girl that is a part of the Random Leg Bruises Club. I love wearing shorts in this hot South Texas weather , but it’s hard with my legs looking crazy sometimes .
