Have to admit that this is one of the best pain relief creams that I've used. It actually works for more of my aches and pains than many of the others. Of course, sometimes it will only lighten the pain and occasionally not work at all, but that's when I've got something else going on that nothing will work for other than getting in and correcting the source of the pain. I have found that it will take maybe a good 20 minutes to kick in, but once it does, those aches and pains melt away. Can't say that about some of the others. This is a pain relief cream that I really like and plan to continue to use.It does have some of that minty smell that comes with a lot of others. Not quite as heavy as a couple I've tried though. Personally, I like the smell because I love mint. It's not overpowering though either and will subside after several minutes.I've also found another use for this. One day I had applied this to my wrists and ankles before I went out in my yard to do some lawn and garden work. While working, I realized that that minty scent was keeping those little flying insects away from me. They don't like mint. So from now on, this pain relief cream will be doing double duty for me while I'm out tending to my lawn and garden. A total win! Read more

Not sure exactly what type of math they are doing but according to my calculations it would be closer to $6.80 per ounce. Seems a bit expensive!Nice cream - securely packaged. Mild menthol fragrance. I have tried a few different pain relief creams recently, and this is definitely the best one I have found. This cream is a bit greasier than some others but begins to work quickly so you start to feel the sensations almost right away. It penetrates deeply, and lasts quite a bit of time. It does have a strong scent of wintergreen and menthol which some people may not like, but I actually like it.I used it on my shoulders, back, legs, knees, and ankles, and it did a great job everywhere. I think it was the capsaicin that made the difference when compared to other creams, but I can't be sure.One thing to note is that if the hemp itself is significant to you, hempseed oil is the second to last ingredient in this, so there is likely not much in it. This cream is great, it's really wonderful as a lotion and works for light pains, it has a creamy texture and goes on easily, and it quickly absorbs leaving no oily or greasy feeling, however due to the thick consistency it might be used up a lot faster, this has a heavy minty smell, but fades pretty quickly, It does create a slight tingle / cooling effect. First the scent. It does have a stronger scent to it. One where you'd think all older people would smell like at one point. But, the scent does go down to where I don't feel like everyone can smell me when I go to the store.Helping with pain. This does seem to work better on my lower back where I have a lot of problems with pain. Goes on easily. I can feel it working almost instantly. This is a hemp cream with added menthol for relaxing joints and muscles. For me, I find it works best on tight and tired feet and the upper back and shoulders for a tingling, relaxing sensation, much like a muscle cream I used in the 70s called Bengay. Because of the tingling effects, you are not want to put this on sensitive areas of your body, including your face and anywhere near your eyes. I've tried several pain relief creams lately, including a different one from Western Miracle, and this one ranks right at the top. I've even put it against lidocaine spray and gel, and it was more effective than either. The lidocaine might work a little quicker, but this lasts longer. So, As of right now, I'd say this is my go to for pain relief and it will be for the foreseeable future. Another cream is going to need to work pretty hard to beat this one. Read more
