Creatine is always worked for me in the past. I know that everyone has their own dosage. I’m pretty simple I follow my body weight and use according. It does exactly what I remember. My workouts are better in every way. Strength, my pump, my endurance, etc.As for the ability of this to mix. It mixes incredibly well even in water. I’ve never really cared about supplements ability to mix, I just choke it down. But you don’t have to with this. I just mix it in water and drink it and I think it’s fine. I ordered this after seeing the astronomical amount of research on creatine (monohydrate) and decided to give it a go. I'm not a hardcore lifter or bodybuilder, but I do like to give myself help in order to keep my motivation up for continuing a healthy lifestyle.This creatine monohydrate is good stuff, it's unflavored which means I can mix it in with literally anything that I eat or drink. I generally add it to my morning protein shake, and I can't tell that it's there. Add a little bit of extra water so that it will dissolve smoothly and no one would ever know you'd added it to your shake. There's no smell, no flavor, no clumping, so it's really perfect for adding to anything.Apparently creatine is very stable even in high temperature environments, so you *should* be fine adding this to warm foods or liquids, but I can't personally recommend that as I have no problem with it dissolving in room temperature liquids.Overall, this is a good buy!
